I do cotton to a number of his songs ... in fact covered his DON"T THINK TWICE IT'S ALRIGHT ( backed up by Donovan's COLOURS ) to win the Radio Star competition in 1964, accompanying myself on the guitar (unplugged) and beating a bunch of fully ensembled groups. No, no lucrative contracts followed that victory ... just a trophy to keep amongst my souvenirs and a small note in the RTM archives. Must remember to get that trophy out and polished.
